After a Trump-appointed judge in Florida struck down the unscientific mask mandates on airplanes, Biden’s Department of Justice decided that Americans could not have the freedom to decide what was best for them and their families, and almost immediately announced that it would appeal the decision to defend its unconstitutional mandate.
Since they refuse to let go of the unconstitutional power they grabbed during the pandemic and allow society to return to normal, Congress needs to act.
That’s why I filed a petition to force Speaker Pelosi to hold a vote on ending this ridiculous mask mandate once and for all. In order to have that vote, we need 218 Members of Congress to sign the petition.
Right now, we have about 130 supporters, and I will continue to lead the charge. I’m hopeful that my colleagues will join me in the fight to end this mandate and bring freedom back to public transportation!
