There is no such a thing as farm to table.
It’s always farm to TRUCK to table. There is a truck involved with everything, and without truckers on the road, our packages would never make it to our front porch.
But the Biden Administration’s failed policies haven’t just made supply chains worse, it’s caused shortages of truck drivers all across the United States. And it’s resulted in shortages of crucial items from baby formula to car parts to medicine.
That is why I was excited to join Indian River State College and Sage Truck Driving School to talk about the next generation of truckers in our community. Training these individuals is essential to getting goods from A to B and fixing the supply chain crisis.
In Congress, I’ll continue to fight to cut red tape that keeps many truck drivers parked and get them back on the road.
