Today marks the first day of the 119th Congress, and I’m back in Washington, D.C. ready to tackle the important work ahead. Together with Speaker Mike Johnson and the Republican majority, we’re going to enact President Trump’s America First agenda and focus on the principles that make our country strong: peace through strength, defending our national security and ending the border crisis; restoring American energy dominance, and unleashing our economy.
As Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee, I’ll fight for accountability and work to advance our nation’s interests abroad. As a member of the Transportation and Infrastructure Committee, I’ll continue to lead the charge to clean up our waterways, end toxic discharges, and improve our community’s infrastructure.
Above all else, I’m here to serve you – and your voice matters! If I can ever assist you, or if you’d like to share your thoughts on the issues before Congress, please don’t hesitate to reach out to my office.
Let’s get to work!
