I know firsthand how dangerous it is when the United States retreats from a leadership role. When we pull back, the world is put on a dangerous course that threatens global security.
The injuries that I sustained while serving are a constant reminder that radical terrorists want to destroy our very way of life. As long as there’s breath left in my body, I’ll never let that happen!
I’ve held my fellow soldiers as their life left their body. They were killed for being American and for defending freedom. I’ll never let those murderers get away unpunished!
