Novak Djokovic has been making headlines this year, but not just for his victories on the tennis court, because he’s refused the COVID-19 vaccine.  As a result, he’s not able to travel to the United States to play in major tournaments.

But he’s not the only one who’s been impacted by Joe Biden’s unconstitutional vaccine mandates. Families have been torn apart.  Many Americans who have relatives abroad have not reunited due to the requirements on international travelers.

Thankfully, the House passed H.R. 185, To terminate the requirement imposed by the Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for proof of COVID-19 vaccination for foreign travelers, and for other purposes.

In the words of the President himself, the pandemic is over.  It’s past time that we drop all of these rules that are harming our economy way more than they’re helping our public health.  But every day that the Biden Administration tries to keep these mandates in place, it only becomes clearer: it’s never been about the science, it’s always been about control.

By passing this bill, Congress took another big step away from government edicts and towards individual freedom. That's what I’ll continue to fight for every day that I’m in Washington.
