We need to get America moving again.  For years now, supply chain issues have kept families across the country from getting the items they need, whether it was baby formula or a new washing machine.

One of my top priorities as your Representative in Congress, and as a member of the Transportation and Infrastructure Committee, is building an economy that’s strong.  That can’t happen without a supply chain that moves.

This week, the Transportation Committee debated a slate of bills that can help us achieve that goal.  From cutting needless red tape for young truck drivers to cracking down on anti-competitive practices in maritime exchanges, we made a lot of progress in strengthening our supply chain and making sure shelves are stocked.

Now we’ll take these bills before the full House of Representatives for a vote, and I’ll keep you all updated every step of the way.
