There’s a lot of change coming in Washington, D.C. in the next few months.  This week, Nancy Pelosi announced that she was finally stepping down, after more than three decades of pushing out-of-touch liberal policies on the country.  At the same time, we learned that Republicans will be the majority party beginning in January, and we held internal debates about who we would nominate to be the next Speaker of the House.

If all of that sounds like Washington-swamp nonsense to you, let me tell you why it matters: the Speaker of the House decides what bills we vote on.  So if you’re concerned about inflation, or energy policy, or national defense spending, or animal testing, or term limits, who the Speaker of the House is should concern you.

I dig into all of this - plus an update on Ukraine, Russia and Poland - in the latest Week in Review.
