It’s been more than 50 days since the Hamas terrorists went house to house, kibbutz to kibbutz across southern Israel to kill 1,200 people and kidnapped around 250 more.

However, when Israel conducts operations to defend itself and stop future atrocious acts from Hamas, the world tells Israel to back down.  This sort of anti-semitic double-standard is not new for the Jewish people.  But the United States must see through Hamas' propaganda and stand with our ally.

Thankfully, yesterday, the U.S. House of Representatives voted overwhelmingly to reaffirm Israel’s right to exist and called for a release of ALL hostages held by Hamas terrorists.  It was a clear demonstration that support for Israel isn’t a matter of right versus left, it’s a matter of right versus wrong.

America and Israel share the common ideals of freedom, democracy and mutual respect for all people.  We cannot and will not let Israel face its enemies alone.
