Tomorrow, on October 18th, from 1400 to 1600, my office is hosting a “Military Appreciation BBQ” for servicemembers, members of the National Guard, military veterans, and their families.

• WHERE: Navy Seal Museum, 3300 N Hwy A1A, Fort Pierce, FL 34949

• WHO: Servicemembers, members of the National Guard, military veterans, and their families

• WHY: Join us to honor those preparing to leave for boot camp, a Service Academy, ROTC program, or National Guard training—an Oath of Enlistment ceremony will also be held.

Especially during this difficult time in our country when political theater in Washington has put the paychecks of millions of servicemembers at risk by refusing to reopen the federal government, we look forward to honoring our community members and their service to our nation.
