Earlier today, my bill, the Medal of Sacrifice Act, advanced in a markup with the House Committee on the Judiciary. After speeches from some of the bill’s cosponsors, I’m proud to share that the bill passed through the committee unanimously.
Florida’s wildlife is a huge part of what makes our state unique and it’s absolutely worth protecting.
Instead of using resources to enforce federal cannabis laws on Tribal land, it should be focused on partnering with Tribes to address the major public safety problems.
