Protecting Women Against Illegal Aliens
For far too long, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris have rolled out the red carpet for illegal aliens, and turning a blind eye to the crisis at our southern border has harmed countless Americans. President Biden’s relentless efforts to reverse President Donald Trump’s policies have made our country more dangerous.
That’s why, today, I voted in support of the Preventing Violence Against Women by Illegal Aliens Act. This legislation amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to enforce swift and decisive consequences for predators infiltrating our communities.
Under this bill, individuals convicted of sex offenses, domestic violence, or those who admit to such crimes, will be deemed inadmissible to the United States. Additionally, any alien convicted of a sex offense or conspiring to commit such an offense will face immediate deportation. This bill reinforces our commitment to protecting women and upholding the safety of our communities. It builds on last week’s win, when the Laken Riley Act was passed with bipartisan support.
President Trump will take office in less than one week, and his executive branch will take charge enforcing the consequences for illegal immigration. Together, we will continue to put America First and protect the safety and well-being of all Americans.
