As you may have heard, my father passed away this week. That’s why  unfortunately, I missed a few votes this week.

One of these was on a bill by my friend, Florida Rep. Anna Paulina Luna, holding Attorney General Merrick Garland in inherent contempt of Congress. This bill would authorize the House sergeant at arms to arrest Garland and fine him $10,000 per day until he turns over the tapes.

I fully support this effort and would’ve voted in favor of it. I hope this bill comes up again in the near future.

Although I wasn’t there for the final, I did vote to bring this bill to the floor yesterday and voted to advance it during several procedural motions.

I did so because Merrick Garland is not above the law! He’s a rogue attorney general who needs to be held accountable. Americans deserve to see Joe Biden’s entire interview with Special Counsel Robert Hur.

Just think about it, we already know that Biden is mentally missing in action. We’ve seen it for years. But how bad can this tape be if the attorney general is risking prison time to hide from the public?

I’ll use every tool possible to make sure the tapes are made public!
