How can I serve you?

My office works for you. When a federal agency loses your paperwork, stops returning calls, or tells you to prove you're still alive, my constituent services team steps in. I'm proud to share a few more stories from people across the Treasure Coast who we've helped this year.

Renee is 85 and has been living on her own since her husband passed away this spring. Then her Social Security payments stopped, and she was told she had to prove she was still alive to get them back. With her granddaughter's help, she reached out to my office. We worked the case, restored her payments, and Renee is receiving her monthly check again.

Robert spent nearly two years trying to fix a problem with his post-retirement Medicare premiums—he kept finding the same dead-end. When my team got involved, we took it directly to Social Security and Medicare, and the problem that had dragged on for two years was resolved.

A small business owner in our communities was dealing with the Small Business Administration and the Treasury over a COVID-era loan and couldn’t get straight answers on where things stood. My team got the clarification the agencies never provided, so the business could stop guessing and start getting answers.

Continue to reach out with issues you're dealing with, federal agencies you can't reach, and assistance for a loved one. We are here to help you.
