History has shown us that antisemitic words and attitudes can easily lead to the worst type of atrocities and violence humanity has ever seen.  Despite that, and even as Israel is defending itself against Hamas terrorists, we’re watching a dramatic rise in antisemitic hate and violence on countless college campuses.

And in many cases, it’s stemming from the top brass at these universities, as was made clear when the presidents of Harvard University, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and the University of Pennsylvania claimed during Congressional testimony that the same code of conduct that was used to censor conservatives doesn’t consider calls for Jewish genocide “harrassment.”  On their watch, the most prestigious institutes of learning in the country are becoming breeding grounds for antisemitism.

We won’t stand for it.  This week, the U.S. House of Representatives voted to condemn the dangerous direction colleges seem to be taking, and the outrageous testimony offered by the college presidents.  As your Representative, I’ll continue to fight against antisemitism and to ensure that freedom of religion is preserved for all Americans.
