Human trafficking is a growing threat to commnunities across the country. That’s why I am working hard to make sure we are doing everything we can to keep the children in our community safe.

The good news is that the House of Representatives recently passed the DHS Blue Campaign Enhancement Act to help accomplish this mission. Specifically, this legislation would help law enforcement to better recognize human trafficking and raise awareness within our community.

I’m confident that this legislation will help protect our community from human trafficking activity, and I believe that is something we can all get behind.
