Year in Review: 2021 || Serving You
As a Member of Congress one of my biggest responsibilities is helping our friends and neighbors navigate the bureaucracy of the federal government. In fact, the most frequent call I receive is from someone who has a problem with a federal agency, like the Small Business Administration or the Social Security Administration.
I’m very proud that, together with my team, we were able to help solve the problems of more than 1,600 people this year. Whether it was a small business needing help with the Paycheck Protection Program or someone struggling to renew his passport, we always do our best to get people the information they need in a timely fashion.
