Record high inflation, a wide-open southern border, war in the Middle East, a crime crisis here at home…Congress has plenty of work to do.  So why then did House Democrats think that a good use of our time was to attempt to silence me for telling the truth? 

My colleagues on the other side of the aisle actually took issue with me questioning the talking points of a designated terrorist organization and offered a resolution to censure me.

Meanwhile, House Republicans were focused on reining in federal spending by continuing to pass appropriations legislation.
