There is nothing I enjoy more than talking with fellow veterans and servicemembers. It doesn’t matter what branch or unit, we are united by the oath that we took - the oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic.  The sacrifices made by each and every one of them makes our nation great.

America has entered a new era of strength and nowhere is that more evident than in our military. Recruitment numbers are rising across every branch as young Americans step up to serve and we stand behind each and every one of them. 

To celebrate and honor those who have answered the call, I’m hosting our annual Military Appreciation BBQ for servicemembers, veterans, and their families this Saturday.  We’ll be there rain or shine, so I hope you will join me!

• WHEN: Saturday, May 9th, 1200 - 1400

• WHERE: Jaycee Park, Melaleuca Dr, Fort Pierce, FL 34949

• WHO: Servicemembers, members of the National Guard, military veterans, and military families

• WHY: Join us to honor those preparing to leave for boot camp, a Service Academy, ROTC program, or National Guard training—an Oath of Enlistment ceremony will also be held.

• WHAT: Enjoy good food, live music, and community as we honor the sacrifices made by our heroes in uniform and their families.
