It’s an honor to represent and fight for you in U.S. Congress, no matter what stage in life you are in: new parents and young families, those starting their careers, or seniors enjoying their golden years.
This week, I introduced the FORMULA Act to make sure contaminants stay out of infant formula, because as a parent myself, I know when you’re standing in the formula aisle, you don’t to have to read a lab report to trust what you’re feeding your newborn.
In the House we also passed the annual bill to authorize military spending with my amendments to stop the federal government from clawing back leave our troops already earned—plus a pay raise for service members, with the biggest bump going to our junior enlisted.
And House Republicans advanced another bill to get families facing an Alzheimer’s diagnosis better and faster care, right here in Martin, St. Lucie, and Palm Beach Counties.
