When people think of Florida's economy, our picture-perfect beaches, fresh citrus, and wide array of experiences for tourists all come to mind. But drive a few miles inland from the Treasure Coast, and there’s something many people don’t see: an industrial backbone powering jobs right in Martin County.

Indiantown is home to a powerful lineup of small businesses, producing equipment for our military, building new developments in water remediation, and just about everything in between. Yellowpine Truss is building automated roof systems that frame homes going up for new residents across our district, and down the road, Green Carbon Solutions is leading the biocarbon industry—focused on clean-tech solutions for our future.

And of course, our district’s rich variety of industry stretches beyond Indiantown. In Stuart, Ikonick Energeticsa veteran and former law enforcement-owned ammunition primer facility—is helping rebuild America’s defense supply chain. In Jupiter, P3 Technologies is testing liquid propellant rocket engines under contract with the U.S. military. That's right—rocket engines for our warfighters, designed and built right here in the 21st District.

Our district is an example of what a strong economy looks like, with small businesses that hire our neighbors, produce what our country actually needs, and contribute to breakthroughs in their respective fields.

And thanks to last year’s tax cuts legislation, Republicans delivered lower taxes for businesses, less red tape, and empowered supply chains so they can keep doing what they do best.
