In 2021, the House Foreign Affairs Committee (HFAC) was faced with a number of difficult issues.  Russia and China continue to pose a threat, Israel found itself under attack and 13 service members were killed in the disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan.

Each day, Republicans on the Foreign Affairs Committee pushed for accountability.  Whether it was Hamas–a designated terrorist organization–firing rockets into Israel or President Biden’s own State Department failing to plan for a Taliban takeover, I demanded answers and accountability.

Heading into the new year, I’ll continue to use my position on the committee to hold Joe Biden accountable for his disastrous foreign policy and ensure that the United States is ready to face our global adversaries with strength.
