We had some big wins this week here on Capitol Hill: from ending cruel animal testing and a new bill to support veterans, to voting to restore American pride, we are getting things done.

This week, we finally saw the last taxpayer-fund lab that engages in animal testing close their doors, bringing us one step closer to ending all cruel experiments that have tortured and killed animals for years. We also passed legislation in the House to officially recognize the Gulf of America. Not only is the Gulf of America a major economic resource for our country, but now, it’s a major source of pride. Thank you, President Trump!

We also recognized Hurricane Preparedness Week, talking about ways to keep yourself and your family prepared and available resources. You can find more information here
