WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Congressman Brian Mast (FL-18) released the following statement regarding the partisan passage of H.R. 5376, the socialist tax-and-spending spree, in the House of Representatives:

 “With today’s vote, Speaker Pelosi has made her intentions very clear: take Americans’ money to pay for things that Americans don’t want. She wants to hire 87,000 more tax collectors to take more taxes out of your pockets to pay for amnesty for millions of illegal immigrants, ‘culturally appropriate school lunches,’ and improvements to a park in her neighborhood.  If you ask me, she should take those millions of migrants out to eat a culturally appropriate school lunch in her favorite park on her dime and the Squad’s - not the American people’s.  Let’s go, Nancy.”
