First, the good news: more than 400,000 of our neighbors in Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie Counties have now been vaccinated, and beginning on Monday the eligibility age will drop from 65 to 60.  You can get all the latest information on vaccine eligibility and locations here.

Of course, that’s only half the story. Thanks to China’s lies and obfuscation, hundreds of thousands have died in the United States, and we’ve spent trillions on economic recovery.  We will never be able to bring back the lives lost, but we can recover the money spent as a result of the pandemic.

That’s why, in addition to helping our community get access to the vaccine, this week I introduced legislation to hold China accountable for this pandemic.  My bill would support all countries withholding payments on debts owed to China until the world recovers the total amount spent in response to the pandemic.
