That’s the bad news. Here’s the good news:
In an overwhelmingly bipartisan vote this week, the House passed the Water Resources Development Act of 2022, and with it, approved seven pieces of legislation that I wrote to eliminate harmful discharges into our water, send more water south and stop pollution.
