I want to be one of the first to wish you and your family a happy Thanksgiving!

Every day, I am thankful that I wake up under fifty stars and thirteen red and white stripes.  I am thankful that I wake up in a country where I am able to decide to make today better than yesterday, and I am thankful to my community for giving me the opportunity to serve them in the halls of Congress.  Above all, I am thankful that I am able to spend today with my beautiful wife and four amazing children.

I hope that you are able to pause and reflect on the blessings in your life, and that it is a day of family, peace, and gratitude.
