China’s total lack of transparency and mishandling of the coronavirus outbreak has cost hundreds of thousands of lives, millions of jobs and left untold economic destruction.

Some people are calling this pandemic an “Act of God,” but the truth is that it was preventable. In fact, a recent Congressional investigation found that all of this could have been avoided if not for the gross negligence of China’s communist government.

That’s why I introduced a resolution to empower the United States to hold them accountable for their crimes. No law can bring back the lives cut short by this virus, but some justice can still be served. It’s time to hold China accountable!
