Throughout the month of November, I had the honor to tell the stories of our veterans in our community and celebrate their accomplishment and their service. Coming from different backgrounds and different goals, these veterans have one thing in common: their love and dedication for our country, and for our community. As a veteran myself, I understand the struggle of leaving everything behind to answer the call of duty for our nation. I salute them and their families for the sacrifices they made to keep our streets and houses safe.
